目的：探讨分析乙肝合并妊娠患者的临床护理方法以及相关价值。方法：选择我院2013年8月-2014年8月收治治疗的140例乙肝合并妊娠患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法将其分成对照组与研究组，对照组患者实施常规护理方法，而研究组患者实施整体护理方法，对两组患者的临床总满意率进行分析统计。结果：研究组的临床总满意率为95.7％；而对照组的临床总满意率为74.3％，其中研究组的临床护理效果明显的比对照组好（P＜0.05）。结论：整体护理应用在乙肝合并妊娠患者护理中，其具有较好的临床效果，其可以有效的使患者生活质量与满意度得到提升，改善患者心理紧张与焦虑的状态，在临床中值得广泛的推广应用。“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing methods and relevant value of hepatitis B patients with pregnancy. Conclusion:Application of holistic nursing in hepatitis B with patient care in pregnancy, which has good clinical effect, which can effectively enable patients quality of life and satisfaction of promotion, improve the state of mental tension and anxiety of patients with and in the clinical worth wide application.
