目的 :探讨分析龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法 :选取我院自2013年1月至2015年1月这段时期内收治的152例牙周病患者作为临床研究对象,将其随机分成研究组76例和对照组76例,两组患者均行龈下刮治术及根面平整术,同时在此基础上给予研究组的患者局部用药治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和牙周各项指标情况。结果 :研究组患者的总治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的牙周各项指标均显著优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :针对牙周病患者,采用龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药治疗临床效果显著,值得于临床上大力推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of subgingival scaling and root-surface-leveling combined with topical application on periodontal disease. Methods: A total of 152 patients with periodontal disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as clinical study subjects. They were randomly divided into study group 76 cases and control group 76 cases. Both groups Subgingival curettage and radical surgery, at the same time on the basis of the study group given to patients with local drug treatment, observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with periodontal indicators. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The indexes of periodontal in study group were significantly better than those of control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with periodontal disease, the use of subgingival curettage and root planing combined with local drug treatment has a significant clinical effect, it is worth to clinically promote.
