Daily wage = 64 +25.5 = 2.5098 Monthly salary payable = 64- (26 × 2.5098 = -1.25) According to the above calculation, Liu Bing actual attendance this month, one day, not only not a penny, but to buckle 1.25 yuan. You can also illustrate: If the number of full attendance days is less than the number of legal working days, employees are absent, the business will pay an hourly wage. From this we can conclude that as long as there is absence in the current month, irrespective of the number of days, there always exists an unreasonable wage calculation. No wonder that in actual work, workers often complain that the enterprises suffer from them and the managers can not persuade them once again phenomenon. How to eliminate this unreasonable phenomenon? The author suggests that changing the current method of calculating the daily wage rate according to the statutory working days should be calculated as follows: Daily wage rate = monthly standard salary + month full attendance day Month full attendance day = monthly calendar day - Weekday holiday - legal day
