私立学校为筹集建设资金,安排教师与银行签订借款担保合同。然而,几年后该校因经营不善而停办。银行为讨回借款,将借款的教师推上被告席。法院审理后支持其诉求理由,判令62名教师偿还借款50余万元。今年7月,由山东省宁阳县检察院受理,经泰安市检察院提起抗诉,法院再审认定检察院抗诉理由成立,遂撤销原审判决。
Private schools to raise funds for construction, arrange teachers and banks signed a loan guarantee contract. However, after a few years the school closed down due to poor management. In order to recover the loan, the bank pushed the lending teacher onto the dock. After hearing the court to support its appeal grounds, ordered 62 teachers to repay more than 500,000 yuan loan.
