针对贵冶入炉精矿含砷提高的现状,分析了砷在冶炼过程中的分布和危害,介绍了现有的铜精矿脱砷方法,通过对某含砷 5.63%的硫化铜矿采用焙烧法和氢氧化钠浸出法进行脱砷研究,结果表明:经氢氧化钠浸出精矿含砷降至0.2%,基本达到要求。
Aiming at the status quo of increasing arsenic content in your smelting concentrate, the distribution and harm of arsenic in the smelting process are analyzed. The existing arsenic removal methods for copper concentrate are introduced. By analyzing arsenic sulfide containing 5.63% The study of arsenic removal by roasting method and sodium hydroxide leaching method showed that the content of arsenic in the concentrate leached by sodium hydroxide dropped to 0.2%, basically meeting the requirements.
