民间游戏是民族传统,也是民族文化的一部分,具有较强的实用性、娱乐性、教育性、趣味性,又不受时间、场地、人数、材料等限制,伴随着朗朗上口的童谣,最能满足幼儿好玩、好动、好模仿、好游戏的心理特点,非常符合幼儿游戏的需要。正如文艺界通俗歌曲、迪斯科代替不了“民族风”一样,我们幼教界也应遵循“古为今用”、“洋为中用”的原则,挖掘民间游戏的精华为培养幼儿所用,民间游戏在幼儿园大有用武之地。
