随着我国经济社会的发展和教育水平的不断提升,我国高职院校对于英语教学越来越重视,在高职院校开展英语教学能够适应当前社会对于复合型人才的需求,能够更好地促进高职院校学生的发展。高职教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,但是高职院校在开展英语教学的过程中整体的教学课时较短,教学的过程中口语教学较短,有些高职院校对于英语教学并不重视。从目前高职院校英语教学来看,与社会的需求存在着一定的差距,不能够真正提升高职院校学生的英语水平。本文旨在对目前高职英语教学的现状进行探讨研究,并针对于目前英语教学的形势为高职英语教学质量的提升提供借鉴和帮助。
