目的:总结顺磁造影在脑转移瘤诊断中的重要价值。材料和方法:脑转移瘤30例,均经病理和临床证实,全部病例均做了GD-DTPA顺磁造影。使用03T永磁MR仪,做常规平扫及造影扫描。结果:脑转移灶单发14例,多发16例,其中发生在幕上24例,幕下6例,兼有2例。病灶最大径02~7cm,平均28cm。发现病灶数:T1WI44个,T2WI54个,顺磁造影为124个。结论:顺磁造影发现的脑转移瘤病灶明显多于非增强MRI,并且能分清病灶与瘤周水肿的界限,从而明确其发生的部位、数目、形态和大小,结合其临床和影像学特征,容易作出正确诊断。
Objective: To summarize the important value of paramagnetic imaging in the diagnosis of brain metastases. Materials and Methods: Thirty patients with brain metastases were confirmed by pathology and clinical data. GD-DTPA was performed in all cases. Use 03T permanent magnet MR instrument, do conventional plain and contrast scan. Results: There were 14 cases of single brain metastasis and 16 cases of multiple brain metastases. Among them, 24 cases occurred in the supratentorial and 6 cases in the inferior part of the screen. The maximum diameter of lesions 02 ~ 7cm, an average of 28cm. The number of lesions was found: 44 on T1WI, 54 on T2WI and 124 on paramagnetic contrast. Conclusion: The lesions of brain metastases detected by paramagnetic imaging are obviously more than those of non-enhanced MRI, and can distinguish the boundaries between the lesions and peritumoral edema. Therefore, the location, number, shape and size of the lesions are clarified. Combined with the clinical and radiological features, Easy to make a correct diagnosis.
