随着社会经济的快速发展与科学技术的迅猛推进,传统手工模式被现代化机器生产所取代,传统学徒制逐渐被淘汰。然而,当前职业教育所采取的教育制度根本无法适应职业教育的“职业化”特性,现代学徒制便在这种状况下应运而生。基于此,本文拟通过分析现代学徒制在艺术设计专业方面的应用优势,找出当前艺术设计专业人才培养模式存在的主要问题,探讨现代学徒制在艺术设计专业方面的应用路径。
With the rapid socio-economic development and the rapid advancement of science and technology, the traditional manual mode has been replaced by modern machine production, and the traditional apprenticeship has gradually been eliminated. However, the current system of vocational education adopted by the education system simply can not adapt to vocational education “professional ” characteristics, modern apprenticeship will be under such circumstances came into being. Based on this, this paper intends to find out the main problems existing in the present training mode of art design professionals by analyzing the application advantages of modern apprenticeship in the field of art design specialty, and discusses the application path of modern apprenticeship in art design profession.
