本文详细地研究了钒催化溴酸钾氧化溴代邻苯三酚红的褪色反应,用于监测各种试样中的痕量钒。在最佳测定条件下,方法的表观摩尔吸光系数高达1.51×10~7L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),其灵敏度为3.37×10~(-12)gV(v)/ml,线性范围为3.068~76.70ngV(v)/27ml,选用合适掩蔽剂提高了方法的选择性。该法已用于豆类作物、草霉、人发、麦饭石及水中痕量钒的测定,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the fading reaction of brominated pyrogallol red catalyzed by potassium bromate catalyzed by vanadium was studied in detail and used to monitor trace amounts of vanadium in various samples. Under the optimal conditions, the apparent molar absorptivity of the method was as high as 1.51 × 10 ~ 7L · mol -1 · cm -1 and the sensitivity was 3.37 × 10 ~ (-12) gV (v) / ml, the linear range of 3.068 ~ 76.70ngV (v) / 27ml, the choice of a suitable masking agent to improve the selectivity of the method. The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of vanadium in leguminous crops, grass mold, human hair, medical stone and water with satisfactory results.
