TIPSS(Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemicstent shunt)是80年代末期开始应用于临床的经皮穿刺颈内静脉在肝实质内建立肝静脉和门静脉主要分支之间的分流道并放置特殊金属支架以保持其通道的永久性通畅,用以降低门脉压力治疗肝硬化门脉高压症(CPH)所致的食管静脉曲张出血(EVB)和顽固性腹水的一种介入放射学新技术,它实质上是一种非外科的门体分流术.我院自1994年9月开始TIPSS的临床应用,现将初步结果报道如下.
TIPSS (Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemicstent shunt) is the clinical application of percutaneous jugular vein in the late 80s to establish the shunt between the hepatic veins and the main branches of the portal vein in the liver parenchyma and to place special metal stents to keep its passage permanent Patency, a new interventional radiology technique to reduce portal pressure in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding (EVB) and refractory ascites due to cirrhosis and portal hypertension (CPH), which is essentially a non-surgical Portosystemic shunt. Our hospital since September 1994 TIPSS clinical application, the preliminary results are reported below.
