我国现阶段的私营经济,是经济体制改革的产物,其重新存在和发展有其历史的必然性。为此,党和国家提出了以公有制经济为主体,私营经济及其它非公有制经济为补充,多种经济成分长期共同发展的方针。我国还处在社会主义初级阶段,这是一个至少上百年的历史阶段,因此可以说,私营经济的存在至少也要上百年。
The private economy in our country at this stage is a product of the reform of the economic system. Its re-existence and development have their historical inevitability. To this end, the party and the state have put forward the principle of taking the public ownership economy as the mainstay, the private economy and other non-public ownership economies as their complement and the long-term common development of various economic sectors. Our country is still in the primary stage of socialism. This is a historical stage of at least a hundred years. Therefore, it can be said that the private economy is at least a hundred years old.
