成功的业务代表特别留意对业务拜访的总体效果有重大影响的两方面事情:产品知识和互动的销售技巧。 互动的销售技巧可用来发掘顾客的需要,也可帮助顾客了解一种产品/服务如何能满足该需要。你必须彻底了解自己所销售的产品/服务,才能向顾客提供帮助,这种了解来自对产品的知识。因此,在研究各种主要的互动销售技巧之前,我们须先详读产品的知识。
Successful sales representatives pay special attention to two things that have a significant impact on the overall effectiveness of the business visit: product knowledge and interactive sales techniques.
