几十年来,汽车点火线圈随发动机的发展而作了许多研究改进工作,但目前生产及使用方面还不能满足质与量的要求.国内生产及使用中提出的问题可分以下二类:1.点火线圈在我国南方夏季满载带拖运行时,温升高,热态有高速断火现象,使用期短,尤其在山区,2.生产中因零件多,部件复杂,加工用的生产及辅助设备多,并且必需重型加工设备如15—63吨冲床,15—50吨胶木粉压机等等,从而增加了设备及维修费用,并使生产面积扩大,成本上升.
