为了对实际工程中的锚下有效张拉力进行检测,基于拉脱法的工作原理,提出对测试数据的处理方法,即对采集数据中影响权重较大的数据采用6次高阶多项式拟合曲线进行回归分析。并提出对有效张拉力取值的判别标准,即对回归分析曲线方程取一阶导数,确定回归分析方程斜率趋于0点的力,考虑预应力束内缩引起的损失,最终得到有效张拉力。该方法满足工程检测误差要求,可以用于工程检测,为土木工程中锚下有效张拉力检测提供参考。
In order to detect the effective tension under anchor in practical engineering, based on the working principle of pull-off method, the test data processing method is put forward, that is, the high-order polynomial fitting curve is adopted to the data with large influence weight in the collected data regression analysis. The criteria for determining the effective tensile force is proposed, that is, the first-order derivative of the regression analysis curve equation is determined, and the slope of the regression analysis equation is determined to be 0, considering the loss caused by the pre-stressing beam shrinkage and finally obtaining the effective tensile force . The method meets the requirements of engineering testing error, and can be used for engineering testing, providing reference for effective tension testing of anchors in civil engineering.
