本文采用冷压浸润法加工苦参,并与传统加工方法进行了质量对比,其实验结果证明,冷压浸润加工的苦参饮片质量明显优于传统方法加工的饮片。苦参为一较常用的中药,具有清热利尿、燥湿杀虫的功效。主要有效成份是苦参总碱,其中已知的有苦参碱(matrine)、氧化苦参碱(oxymatrine)、苦参醇碱(sophoranol)、苦参烯碱(sophocarpine)、N-甲基金雀花碱(N—methylcy-tisine)等七种。此七种生物碱均为喹喏里西丁(quinolizidine)的衍生物,极性较大,都具有一定的亲水性。因此加工时浸泡时间势必影响到其饮片的质量。为了证实这一点及选择较佳的加工方法,保证饮片质量,我们进行了下列实验研究。
In this paper, cold pressure soaking method is used for the processing of Sophora flavescens, and the quality is compared with the traditional processing methods. The experimental results show that the quality of Sophora flavescens infusion processed by cold-pressing infiltration is obviously better than that of the traditional method. Sophora flavescens is a more commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, with heat diuretic, dampness and insecticidal effect. The main effective ingredient is total alkaloids of matrine, of which matrine, oxymatrine, sophoranol, sophocarpine, and N-methyl finches are known. Seven species such as N-methylcysteine. The seven alkaloids are derivatives of quinolizidine, which are polar and have a certain degree of hydrophilicity. Therefore, the immersion time during processing will inevitably affect the quality of its pieces. In order to confirm this and select better processing methods to ensure the quality of the pieces, we conducted the following experimental study.
