随着城市化进程的加快,城市建设的地下室越来越大,越来越深,这是城市建筑大型化、高层化以及充分利用地下室空间带来的结果,然而地下室属于隐蔽工程,如果在今后使用过程中出现漏水现象,后果将不堪设想,一些地下工程的设计和施工,认为渗漏水对结构的安全影响不大,没有对所建工程的地下水环境规律进行分析,因此在设计与施工中对防水工程按程序简单化处理,缺乏有效的防水方案设计,造成工程建成后出现渗漏问题。为此,现结合近几年的施工实践,通过分析产生渗漏的原因,找出控制对策,从而加强施工中质量控制和技术改进。

To this end, combined with the construction practice in recent years, we find out the control measures by analyzing the causes of seepage so as to strengthen the quality control and technical improvement in construction.
