基于中国志愿服务事业持续发展的需求和图书馆对人力资源的需求,提出了图书馆引入义工的必要。讨论了高等院校图书馆引入义工的可行性、意义和作用,并通过实践经验对义工的组织管理提出了具体的意见。
Based on the demand of sustainable development of China’s voluntary service and the demand for human resources in the library, it is necessary to introduce volunteers in libraries. This paper discusses the feasibility, significance and function of the introduction of volunteers in the library of colleges and universities and puts forward concrete opinions on the organization and management of the volunteers through practical experience.
