本文用电镜观察实验性心力衰竭时心肌组织的超微结构改变,分析了心功能代偿与失代偿阶段病理形态的差异,认为心功能状态与心肌受损的程度和范围有关。
In this paper, ultrastructural changes of myocardial tissue were observed by electron microscope in experimental heart failure. The differences of cardiac function compensation and pathological morphology in decompensation stage were analyzed. The relationship between cardiac function state and the degree and extent of myocardial damage was analyzed.
