通过用不同浓度(1%、0.5%、0.05%、0.01%、0.005%)盐酸(HCL)溶液结合光照与否浸种处理杂交水稻(野败型、红莲型和粳型)种子和一般常规稻种。结果显示:①高于0.5%HCL溶液在避光条件下能迅速(20分钟)使野败型杂交水稻种子颖壳底端即稃尖对应端呈现红色;②在0.01%HCL溶液结合照光培养下,野败型杂交水稻幼苗其芽鞘变为紫红色(4天),继续光照培养8天后,其母本不育系幼苗茎基部(后发育成不完全叶)变勾褐色。据此,可用结果①判定野败型杂交水稻种子真实性;用结果②鉴定野败型杂交水稻种子样品杂交率。该方法在种子检验上有很高的实际应用价值。
The seeds of hybrid rice (wild-type, Honglian-type and japonica-type) were soaked with or without soaking with different concentrations of HCL (1%, 0.5%, 0.05%, 0.01%, 0.005% Species. The results showed that: (1) When the content of HCL solution was higher than 0.5%, the red color of the bottom of wild glume of hybrid rice seeds was red under the dark condition (20 minutes); (2) In 0.01% HCL solution combined with light culture , The buds of the wild-type hybrid rice seedlings changed to mauve (4 days), and after 8 days of continuous light culture, the stem base (later developed into incomplete leaves) of the male sterile line changed to brown. Therefore, the available results ① determine the authenticity of wild-type hybrid rice seed; with the results of ② wild-type hybrid rice seed sample identification hybridization rate. The method has high practical value in seed testing.
