党性和人民性是统一的。我们党是全心全意为人民服务、代表中国最广大人民根本利益、来自人民为了人民的马克思主义政党。从本质上说,坚持党性就是坚持人民性,坚持人民性就是坚持党性。党性是从全党而言的,人民性是从全体人民而言的。一级组织、一个党员的党性问题,归根结底要靠人民群众去评价,群众的满意度是衡量党员党性好坏的具体标准和最好尺度。
Party spirit and people’s character are unified. Our party serves the people wholeheartedly, represents the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people, and comes from the people’s Marxist party for the people. In essence, upholding party spirit means adhering to the people’s character and upholding the people’s nature means upholding party spirit. Party spirit is from the perspective of the entire party, and people’s character is from the people as a whole. The party-level problems of the first-level organizations and the members of a party depend on the masses for evaluation in the final analysis. The satisfaction of the masses is a concrete standard and the best measure of the party members’ good and bad of the party.
