做好企业员工的思想政治工作是确保企业可持续发展的人力资源保障,思想政治工作本质是做人的工作,是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。企业员工思想政治工作是一项基础性管理工作,只有运用科学合理的管理方法引导企业员工解放思想,对员工所面临的问题进行疏导,才能充分调动企业员工的积极性。因此,应紧紧围绕企业实际,注重和加强行为科学理论的研究和有效吸收其成果,坚持贯彻“以人为本”的现代管理思想,研究和把握人的思想变化规律、强化人性认识,采用符合员工行为规律的科学方法,提高思想工作的针对性,为企业可持续健康发展提供最大的动力资源,促进企业科学健康发展。
To do a good job in ideological and political work of employees is to ensure human resources for the sustainable development of enterprises.
