随着我国经济体制改革和现代化建设的深入发展,我国的经济法律在经济生活中的地位和作用已日趋突出。商品经济的发展不仅要求建立完善的经济调节体系和行政调节体系,而且迫切需要建立完善的经济法律体系,以发挥经济法律调节经济关系和经济活动的整体功能。而建立完善的经济法律体系,不仅必须遵循经济法律体系一系列内在的基本要求,而且必须不断地进行规范性经济法律文件的整理工作,实现经济立法系统化。所谓经济立法系统
With the further development of China’s economic system reform and modernization, the status and role of China’s economic laws in economic life have become increasingly prominent. The development of commodity economy not only requires the establishment of a sound economic regulation system and administrative regulation system, but also urgently requires the establishment of a sound economic legal system so that economic laws can regulate the overall functions of economic relations and economic activities. The establishment of a sound economic legal system must not only follow a series of inherent basic requirements of the economic legal system, but also constantly organize the compilation of normative economic legal documents and institutionalize economic legislation. The so-called economic legislation system
