目的介绍微创内镜下单纯性肾肿囊手术方法和体会。方法做3~4cm小切口,在内镜或直视下切除肾囊肿。结果15例患者一次切除1~8个肾囊肿,无并发症,随访6~12个月无复发。结论微创内镜下手术适合于单发或多发的单纯性肾囊肿,所需设备简单,创伤小,并发症少,康复快,费用低廉。
Objective To introduce the method and experience of minimally invasive endoscopic nephrotic surgery. Methods 3 ~ 4cm small incision, removal of renal cysts under endoscopic or direct vision. Results Fifteen patients underwent resection of 1 to 8 renal cysts at a time without complications. No recurrence was observed after 6 to 12 months of follow-up. Conclusion minimally invasive endoscopic surgery for single or multiple simple renal cysts, the required equipment is simple, less trauma, fewer complications, rapid recovery, low cost.
