盐城市大丰区恒北村,距离盐城市主城区4.5公里,全村共有11个村民小组、1330户农户,总人口3529人,党员150名。总耕地面积9600亩,其中林果面积8000亩。改革开放40年来,恒北村立足苏北当地生态资源条件,紧紧围绕“梨园风光、生态宜居、乡村旅游”的发展定位,发挥绿色果品资源优势,集中发展设施农业、乡村旅游和农村电商等特色产业,推动产业融合发展,促进农民持续增收,带动富民强村,成为全国城乡发展绿色转型、绿色跨越的典范,走出了一条乡村振兴的绿色发展之路。
