中国水利水电第一工程局,隶属于中国水利水电建设集团。企业具有建设部核发的工程施工总承包一级资质,是国家专业从事大中型水利水电工程建设的骨干企业之一。 建局以来,相继独立建成了辽宁省的桓仁、回龙、朝阳、白山、红石、小山、莲花等7座大型水利水电枢纽工程。其中吉林省白山水电站总装机150万千瓦,是东北地区最大的水电站,也是我国第一座三心圆重力拱坝。黑龙江省莲花水电站大坝为我国严寒地区的第一座大型混凝土面板堆石坝。2001年度莲花水电站工程补中国建筑协会评为中国建筑工程鲁班奖。

Enterprises with the Ministry of Construction issued a construction general contracting qualification, is the country specialized in large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower construction of one of the backbone enterprises. Since the establishment of the Bureau, seven large-scale water conservancy and hydroelectric hubs such as Huanren, Huilong, Chaoyang, Baishan, Hongshi, Hill and Lotus in Liaoning Province have been built one after another independently. Among them, Baishan Hydropower Station of Jilin Province has a total installed capacity of 1.5 million kilowatts, making it the largest hydropower station in the Northeast China and the first three-center gravity arch dam in China. Heilongjiang Lotus Hydropower Station Dam in China’s severe cold region’s first large-scale concrete faced rockfill dam. 2001 Lotus hydropower project make up China Construction Association as the China Construction Luban Award.
