近年来,随着高等职业教育的迅速发展,加强高职院校绩效管理,强化绩效考核等管理措施是实现高职院校未来发展的关键。然而如何制定出一套符合高职院校自身发展需要的绩效考核体系,如何让绩效考核的结果更有信度,如何让绩效考核的结果发挥作用,这些问题都值得我们去探讨、分析和完善。
