由国际胶体与界面科学协会召开的第八届国际表面与胶体科学会议(8th ICSCS)于1994年2月14日至18日在澳大利亚南部港口阿德莱德市的国际会议中心举行,取得圆满成功。这次会议具有如下特点: a)规模大 会议接待了来自三十多个国家的五百多名代表。会议中心设有一个主会场和五个分会场。每天上午先在主会场召开全体会议,由国际知名的学者就当前表面与胶体科学和各个领域内的重大研究成果及发展趋向作综合性学术报告。然后分别在五个分会场进行各个专题的学术报告会。各个分会场的报告是同步进行的,每位代表的发言时间(包括讨论时间)严格
The 8th International Congress of Surface and Colloid Science (8th ICSCS), convened by the International Society for Colloid and Interface Sciences, was held successfully at the International Convention Center in Adelaide, South Australia Harbor, from February 14 to February 18, 1994, with great success . The meeting has the following characteristics: a) The large-scale conference has hosted over 500 delegates from over 30 countries. The conference center has a main venue and five sub-venue.
