目的了解泰山山泉水微生物污染状况,探究其饮用安全性。方法 2013年10—11月,实地考察泰山景区山泉水的分布情况,以现有自发取水点为调查对象,采集泰山部分山泉水进行微生物指标检测。结果检测山泉水10份,细菌总数合格率为40%,总大肠菌群合格率为30%。全部微生物指标均合格的2份,合格率为20%。结论泰山山泉水自身并无问题,其部分细菌学指标不符合饮用水标准,是因为泉水暴露于户外,取水用户众多,受到周围环境和取水人员等外界因素的污染。建议采取有效措施加强水源保护,保障山泉水饮用安全。
Objective To understand the microbial contamination of Taishan Mountain spring water and to explore its drinking safety. Methods From October to November 2013, field investigation was carried out to investigate the distribution of mountain spring water in Taishan scenic spot. Taking the existing spontaneous water withdrawal point as the survey object, part of mountain spring water of Taishan Mountain was collected for microbial detection. Results Detection of spring water 10, the total bacterial pass rate of 40%, the total coliform passing rate of 30%. All microbiological indicators were qualified 2 copies, with a pass rate of 20%. Conclusion There is no problem with the Taishan Mountain spring water itself. Some bacteriological indicators do not meet drinking water standards because spring water is exposed to the outdoors and many users of water are contaminated by external factors such as the surrounding environment and water intake personnel. It is suggested to take effective measures to strengthen the protection of water sources and ensure the drinking safety of spring water.
