研究了镀膜工艺对复配十八烷胺缓蚀剂膜层抗腐蚀性能影响,并分析了膜层的腐蚀机理。结果表明,镀膜液pH=6的膜层腐蚀发生在微观缺陷上,pH=8~12的膜层腐蚀发生在晶界上;随着镀膜液pH值升高,膜层结构完整,抗腐蚀性能增强;在镀膜液pH=8~12时,随镀膜温度升高,膜层的组织致密,抗腐蚀性能增强。镀膜液pH=10、镀膜温度250℃为复配十八烷胺缓蚀剂最佳镀膜工艺。
