采用有限元分析方法对大带宽滚筒不同加强肋情况进行了分析,以滚筒静止的弯曲变形情况来表征其运行过程中某一时刻的弯曲变形情况。通过计算,获得不同加强肋情况下滚筒中部、筒壳与轮毂搭接处应力的分布规律,滚筒中部位移分布规律,并与无加强肋滚筒的应力分布和位移分布进行对比,结果表明,在滚筒中部焊接一根加强肋时,随着加强肋内径的减小,滚筒中部的强度和径向变形得到显著改善,焊接2根加强肋(对称布置)时,随着加强肋间距离的增加,轮毂与筒皮搭接处强度得到显著改善,为大带宽滚筒的设计提供参考。
The finite element analysis method was used to analyze the different ribbing conditions of the large-width drum.
