服务设计作为一个新兴发展起来的设计理念,与传统设计一般范畴有着很大区别。服务设计注重于对人的存在感以及需求意识的表达,它可以看作是一个“不及物”的设计,关键在于人的生活和情感体验的深入表达以及对社会文化的传递。服务设计不仅仅是对物品的设计,同时也是对物品使用方式的设计,甚至可以理解为是对物品使用愿景的设计。本文从服务设计的起源发展开始,分析服务设计的工具和方法,并由此探究服务设计思维对现代设计的影响。
As a newly developed design concept, service design is very different from the general category of traditional design. Service design focuses on the existence of human beings and the expression of needs consciousness. It can be regarded as a “less than ” design, the key lies in the deep expression of human life and emotional experience as well as the transmission of social culture. Service design is not only the design of the article, but also the design of the way the article is used, and can even be understood as the design of the vision of the article. This article starts from the origin of service design and analyzes the tools and methods of service design, and then explores the influence of service design thinking on modern design.
