形式主义、官僚主义存在的主要原因第一,思想路线不端正,宗旨意识和群众观念淡薄。这是形式主义、官僚主义滋生蔓延的根本原因。一些党员干部甚至是领导干部想问题办事情抓工作,严重违背党的实事求是的思想路线,淡忘了为人民服务的根本宗旨,心中很少装着人民群众,世界观、人生观和价值观发生重大扭曲。
Formalism, bureaucracy, the main reasons for the existence of the first line of thought is not correct, the purpose of consciousness and the concept of the masses is weak. This is the root cause of the spread of formalism and bureaucracy. Some party members and cadres, even leading cadres, are trying to tackle the issue by thinking of problems.
