On November 11, 2005, master of management Peter Drucker left, leaving more than 30 monumental works and numerous brilliant management ideas. Although it is no surprise that the 95-year-old has gone, we still have some regret. Drucker has outlined the contours of 20th century management, and we would have liked him to be a guide to 21st century management. No matter what the beautiful words of evaluation Drucker can not be overemphasized. The Harvard Business Review states: ”As soon as Peter Drucker’s name was mentioned, there were countless pairs of ears standing in the jungle of the business.“ ”The American Management Association did something like this:“ If Peter Drucker is undoubtedly the greatest inventor, saying that the greatest invention of the 20th century was management. ”Bill Gates, Microsoft’s president, admitted" In all management books,
