武汉工业大学材料科学与工程学院涂料化工研究组研制的ZQ-962型改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂最近在湖南省投产,并获成功。这种改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂系未浓缩的脲醛树脂,固含量50%左右,游离醛含量小于0.5%,其对木材的粘接同白乳胶相近。这种脲醛树脂最大的特点是不加酸或酸性物质,涂覆在木材表面后,即能使木材在常温、常压下胶接。储存稳定性
The ZQ-962 modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive developed by the Research Group of Coatings & Chemical Engineering of the Wuhan University of Technology’s School of Materials Science and Engineering was recently put into operation in Hunan Province and has been successfully implemented. The modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive is an unconcentrated urea-formaldehyde resin having a solid content of about 50% and a free aldehyde content of less than 0.5%, and its adhesion to wood is similar to that of white latex. The biggest feature of this urea-formaldehyde resin is that it does not add acid or acidic substances.
