(2016年9月29日浙江省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十三次会议通过)根据《中华人民共和国立法法》第七十二条第二款规定,浙江省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十三次会议对宁波市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十三次会议审议通过的《宁波市人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改〈宁波国家高新技术产业开发区条例〉的决定》进行了审议,现决定予以批准,由宁波市人民代表大会常务委员会公布施行。
