妇科小手术是诊断及治疗某些妇科疾病的必要措施。特别是在广大农村中,为方便病人,给病患者解除疾病痛苦,更有必要根据当地医疗条件及病情需要,适当开展一些妇科小手术。在决定手术前,要周密考虑,正确诊断,严格选择手术适应症,注意禁忌症,以减少副作用,能用非手术疗法治愈的就不做手术,使手术达到更好效果。兹将几种妇科常用小手术的适应症分述如下:
