目的:探讨产前超声对胎儿肢体局部畸形的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经产前胎儿系统超声检查的32 850例妊娠20~32周,证实为胎儿肢体局部畸形的超声表现,与出生后大体标本相对照。结果:32 850例胎儿中共有31例胎儿存在肢体局部畸形。超声确诊28例,漏诊3例。胎儿系统超声检查诊断胎儿肢体局部畸形的准确率为90.3%。结论:产前胎儿系统超声检查,对胎儿肢体局部畸形有较高的诊断率,并能显示伴随的其他畸形。
Objective: To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. METHODS: A retrospective analysis of 32,850 pregnancies between 20 and 32 weeks examined by prenatal fetal ultrasound was performed to confirm the ultrasound findings of fetal limb deformities, in comparison with the postnatal gross specimen. Results: A total of 31 fetuses in 32,850 fetuses had localized limb deformities. Ultrasound was diagnosed in 28 cases, missed diagnosis in 3 cases. Fetal system ultrasound diagnosis of fetal limb local deformity accuracy was 90.3%. Conclusion: The ultrasound examination of prenatal fetal system has a higher diagnostic rate for fetal limb deformity and can show other accompanying malformations.
