天津市水产学会第四次会员代表大会于1992年4月17日在天津市水产研究所召开。出席这次会议的有15个单位的会员代表52人;市科协学会部有关同志,各区县水产(畜牧水产)局主管局长等也应邀出席了会议。会议的主要议程是:第三届理事会工作报告;讨论修改通过《天津市水产学会章程》;选举第四届理事会;研究讨论1992年学会的主要活动。(一)上午,首先由天津市水产学会第三届理事会理事长梁今符同志作第三届理事会工
