伴随着城镇化建设的不断推进,城市中的建筑工程项目数量在不断增加,做好项目的管理工作很是关键。在建筑项目的工程合同方面常常会出现这样或那样的问题,由工程合同而引发的法律纠纷、经济纠纷层出不穷。为应对当前问题,必须重视建设工程项目建设,在工程合同方面应具备前瞻性,做好工程合同法律风险的防范工作。为此,本文就建设工程合同法律风险防范措施进行了分析与探究。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the number of construction projects in the city is on the increase. It is very important to manage the project well. One or more problems often arise in the construction contract of a construction project. Legal disputes caused by the construction contract and an endless stream of economic disputes occur. In order to cope with the current problems, we must attach importance to the construction of construction projects, should be forward-looking in the construction contract, do a good job in the prevention of legal risks of construction contracts. Therefore, this paper analyzes and probes into the precautionary measures against legal risks in construction contracts.
