日前,《绿色建筑行动方案》获批,明确了以下十项重点任务。一切实抓好新建建筑节能工作科学做好城乡建设规划,大力促进城镇绿色建筑发展,积极推进绿色农房建设,严格落实建筑节能强制性标准。二大力推进既有建筑节能改造加快实施“节能暖房”工程,以围护结构、供热计量、管网热平衡改造作为重点。三开展城镇供热系统改造推广“吸收式热泵”和“吸收式换热”技术,提高集中供热管网的输送能力。
Recently, the “Green Building Action Plan” was approved and the following ten key tasks were defined. All efforts should be made to do a good job in building new energy-saving construction plans to do a good job in urban and rural construction, vigorously promote the development of urban green buildings, and actively promote the construction of green farm buildings, strict enforcement of mandatory standards for building energy conservation.
