本文简述了铜-钢异种金属手工焊条电弧焊存在的主要问题,并选用纯铜(T2)和低碳钢(Q235)进行焊接工艺试验,分析接头显微结构以及焊接各工艺措施对接头质量的影响。结果表明:严格焊接工艺,焊前仔细清理焊件施焊两侧铁锈、水分和油污,按规范烘干焊条;大电流,短弧焊接,并控制焊条与钢板成70°~80°的夹角,采用斜“之”字形运条方法;焊后锤击焊缝并保温缓冷等可获得良好的焊接接头,焊缝为α+ε双相组织。
