一、发展过程韩国的证券市场,从1956年建立证券交易所开始,到1992年1月3日外国人直接投资股票,正式把证券市场推向国际化为止。其发展过程有以下四个阶段:1.打基础期(1956年—1967年)1956年开设了韩国证券交易所,以国债买卖为中心,形成了流通市场基础。1962年为实现灵活而公正的有价证券发行和流通,并为保护投资者利益制定出“证券买卖法”。2.扩大机能期(1968年—1976年)
