新鲜的杨树枝、松树枝和柳树枝干燥后经水浸提,进行液相色谱组分和红外光谱结构分析,配制成不同浓度灌注液。选择体质量(20±2)g的健康KM小鼠66只,随机分为11组,每组6只,试验组投喂高脂饲粮,并分别连续灌注50,25,16,0 mg/m L不同树枝浸提液21 d,每日1次。设立1个普通饲粮参比组处理。饲喂试验结束采血检测小鼠血清TC、TG、GOD、HDL-C和LDL-C水平。结果表明:树枝浸提液中含有醇酸、黄酮、氨基多糖、芳烃及其衍生物成分,能够降低血清TC、TG、GOD、LDL-C水平,提高HDL-C水平。
Fresh poplar branches, pine branches and willow branches after drying the water leaching, liquid chromatography components and infrared spectral structure analysis, formulated into different concentrations of perfusate. Sixty-six healthy KM mice with a body mass of (20 ± 2) g were randomly divided into 11 groups with 6 rats in each group. The experimental group was fed with high-fat diet and continuously perfused with 50, 25, 16, and 0 mg / m L different branch extract 21 d, day 1. Set up an ordinary feed reference group processing. Serum TC, TG, GOD, HDL-C and LDL-C levels were measured in the mice after the feeding test. The results showed that the components of alkaloids, flavonoids, aminopolysaccharides, aromatic hydrocarbons and their derivatives contained in the extract of tree branches could decrease the levels of TC, TG, GOD and LDL-C in serum and increase the level of HDL-C.
