Following the promulgation of the “Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Occupational Health Monitoring by Employing Units” issued by the State Administration of Work Safety, on November 20, 2012, the Chinese government’s legal information network released the Measures for the Administration of Occupational Health Inspection (Draft for Comment Consultation) of the Ministry of Health.
