耳带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)感染引起的一组综合征,临床不多见。其典型症状表现为患耳剧痛,耳廓或(和)外耳道带状庖疹,同侧周围性面瘫间伴第Ⅶ颅神经症状。病前常有低热、全身不适等前驱症状。由Hunt(1907)首先描述,故称该病为Hunt综合征。关于本病的原发部位有的认为在膝状神经节,有的认为以膝状神经节邻近段面神经病变为主。本科收治2例伴有面瘫,面神经病变定位诊断发现,受累部位在鼓索神经分支处远端的面神经,现予报道,并就本病的受累部位进行探讨。
Herpes zoster is a group of syndromes caused by the infection with varicella-zoster virus (VZV), which is clinically rare. The typical symptoms of ear pain, ear or (and) the external auditory canal strip measles, ipsilateral peripheral facial palsy with the first ith cranial nerve symptoms. Pre-illness often low fever, malaise and other prodromal symptoms. First described by Hunt (1907), the disease is called Hunt’s syndrome. Some of the primary site of the disease that in the geniculate ganglion, and some think that the proximal geniculate ganglion neuropathy. Undergraduate admitted to 2 cases with facial paralysis, facial nerve pathological diagnosis found that the affected part of the facial nerve in the distal branch of the dorsal nerve, are reported, and the affected parts of the disease were discussed.
