医院志愿者队伍是医院体制外自主管理的群体,作为医院与患者之间的第三部门,弥补了医院在制度、管理和医疗活动中的一些不足。在维护就医秩序、优化就医环境、密切医患关系、为患者排忧解难等方面,起到了重要作用。结合我院门诊志愿者服务队伍的建设和活动,探讨了医院志愿服务组织的建设和管理。
The hospital volunteer team is a self-managed group outside the hospital system. As the third department between the hospital and the patient, the hospital volunteers make up for some shortcomings in the system, management and medical activities of the hospital. Plays an important role in maintaining the order of medical treatment, optimizing the medical environment, building a close relationship between doctors and patients and solving problems for patients. Combined with the construction and activities of outpatient volunteer service teams in our hospital, the construction and management of hospital volunteer service organizations were discussed.
