目的:探讨气胸与心电图的关系。方法:将120例气胸患者分为两组,左侧气胸组80例,右侧气胸组40例,分析两组心电图的变化特点。结果:左侧气胸组心电图改变主要表现为胸前导联V3~V6R波递增不良和QRS波低电压现象。右侧气胸组主要表现为胸前导联V1、V2QRS波电压随呼吸周期呈现有规律的变化。结论:左、右侧气胸各自有相应的心电图改变。
Objective: To explore the relationship between pneumothorax and electrocardiogram. Methods: 120 patients with pneumothorax were divided into two groups: 80 in the left pneumothorax group and 40 in the right pneumothorax group. The changes of electrocardiogram in both groups were analyzed. Results: The left pneumothorax ECG changes mainly for the chest lead V3 ~ V6R wave of adverse and QRS wave low voltage wave phenomenon. The right pneumothorax group mainly showed that the voltage of the chest lead V1 and V2QRS showed regular changes with the respiratory cycle. Conclusion: The left and right pneumothorax each have a corresponding ECG changes.
