所谓国际游资是在世界范围寻找盈利机会的国际短期资本的一部分，又称“国际热钱”，其投资对象主要是外汇、股票及其衍生产品市场。国际游资具有停留时间短、反应灵敏、隐蔽性强等特点。据国际货币基金组织估计，目前活跃在全球金融市场上的这类资金在７２０００亿美元以上。
The so-called international hot money is a part of international short-term capital looking for profit opportunities around the world. It is also called “international hot money.” Its investment targets are mainly the markets of foreign exchange, stocks and derivatives. International hot money has a short residence time, responsive, concealed and so on. According to the International Monetary Fund, there are currently more than 7.2 trillion U.S. dollars of such funds currently active in global financial markets.
