目的探讨T2DM患者尿微量白蛋白与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法微量白蛋白尿组(MAU)60例、30名健康者(NC)和30例正常白蛋白尿组(NMAU)作对照,测定血糖、UAER、血压及血肌酐等。采用彩色多普勒超声观察双侧颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果 NMAU组较NC组FPG、IMT、SBP明显升高(P<0.05);MAU组较NC组FPG、SBP、UAER、IMT也明显升高(P<0.05);MAU组较NMAU组IMT、UAER显著升高(P<0.01)。MAU组患者UAER与IMT呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MAU与颈动脉硬化密切相关,MAU可能为大血管及微血管病变的标志物。
Objective To investigate the correlation between urinary albumin and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in T2DM patients. Methods 60 cases of microalbuminuria group (MAU), 30 healthy people (NC) and 30 normal albuminuria group (NMAU) were used as control to measure blood sugar, UAER, blood pressure and serum creatinine. Bilateral carotid intima-media thickness was observed by color Doppler sonography. Results The levels of FPG, IMT and SBP in NMAU group were significantly higher than those in NC group (P <0.05). The levels of FPG, SBP, UAER and IMT in MAU group were significantly higher than those in NC group (P <0.05) Significantly increased (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between UAER and IMT in MAU patients (P <0.05). Conclusions MAU is closely related to carotid atherosclerosis. MAU may be a marker of macrovascular and microvascular diseases.
